3-day BMA Core Induction

The BMA Core Induction course trains and assesses against the following units of competency:

The course comprises of facilitated group activities, eLearning, simulations, practical training and competency assessments. The course is 3 days in duration and costs $850 excluding GST per contractor.

On completion of the course, the participant will be issued a Statement of Completion. On return of a completed Workplace Skills Validation from their BMA work site, the participant will be issued with a Statement of Attainment. Information from the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) awarding the Statement of Attainment can be found here.

Important:

The BMA Core Induction is not a generic induction. This program has been designed to meet BMA requirements. Do not attend this program unless you are a BMA employee or a contractor who is currently or who will be required to work at BMA.

Please note that site access remains at the discretion of the Site Operational Management team and compliance with site requirements does not guarantee site access. All WAF bookings remain subject to Site review and refunds for inductions and expenses incurred will not be granted.

You will not be able to access the mine site to undertake your WAF unless you are registered as a visitor. Please ensure that your Site Contact / Escort has completed your registration.
