What is a Workplace Skills Validation??

The Workplace Skills Validation (WSV) is a process conducted on-site to validate the learning of the participant in the context of the specific work area. This is aligned directly to the activities and units of competency delivered within the 3 day BMA Core Induction course. On return of the WSV via the prescribed process, the Induction Training Centre will issue a Statement of Attainment directly to the participant.
